Full stats are here:

http://www.punters-paradise.com/foot...urope/Holland/

From a glance at these:

The first fixture looks a little shy on the away team. NEC are in top form - haven't conceded a goal in their last 6 games, winning 5 and drawing 1. They have a decent record on the road, while Roda's home form is a little shaky - only 3 wins in 7 games. Their recent form isn't great either. I'd think the value is in a lay of the home team.

Second fixture looks about right, although neither team seems to be pulling up trees right now, so if anything a lay of the home team might be worth considering further (9 goals scored in total by the two teams in their last 6 games - so could be a 0-0)

More later.

I think a bet on Den Haag might be in place, especially if we can get better odds than 1.8 (even 1.8 is probably on the generous side). With 4 points from 14 matches, Roosendaal truly are the whipping boys of the league.

Form (last 5):

Den Haag at home: 2-2-1 (losses against Alkmaar and the in-form NEC, so not a horrible record)
Roosendaal away: 0-0-5 (all five games lost by at least 2 goal margin)

Utrecht v Groningen is a similar situation to Den Haag v Roosendal. Utrecht are 4-1-2 at home, winning 4 and drawing 1 of the last 5. Groningen are 0-0-5 away. If I can get anything around evens I will be happy, but even 1.8 is a marginal value as Utrecht probably have a better than 55% chance of winning against this sort of opponent. I will wait for some teamnews and/or info from Dutch punters.

Heerenveen should be even shorter than 1.5 (more like 1.4) IMO.

NAC vs Heracles, looks about right - two fairly shite teams, have to take the 'better' one given they are at home

I agree with Chief about Heerenveen. Willem II have only one point from their last six games, including 6 on the trot. They have the worst away form in the league. Heerenveen have 4 wins and a draw from their last 6 and a solid home record. I'd say 1.35 or so would be fairer here and this could be worth snapping up now.

Alkmaar look about right, although I'd be tempted to take them for an away win here. Best bet if getting involved is probably a lay of the home side.

I like the look of Feyenoord. PSV are a very different side away from home and Feyenoord are prolific goalscorers (21 goals in their 6 home games to date). Both teams in form, but I think the home side have it and should probably be marginally odds-on here.

Utrecht should be more like 1.6 or 1.7 against Groningen I think. The latter have only 1 point away from home all season and only 5 goals in 7 games. Utrecht aren't brilliant, but they are at home and they are ahead of Groningen in the table, with a game in hand.

RKC look about right against Sparta, maybe even a little generous. Sparta are in rotten form and while RKC aren't table toppers, they are solid at home, only dropping 3 points from 6 games this season. A worry is that they concede a fair few goals at home, but Sparta don't score on the road (a paltry 2 goals from 7 games), so we'll take on the home side to win.

One can only presume that historical performance is the reason for Vitesse being so long against Ajax. All the form lines point to the home team. They are ahead in the table (5th versus 7th), they are in better form (13/18 points as opposed to 7/18 for Ajax). Their home record is ok (13/18 points and 16/11 goals scored/conceded) while Ajax's away record is poor (9/21 points and 8/8 goals scored/conceded). We'll take the home side at that very generous price thank you.

RKC Waalwijk are now 1.57 with Bet365 and 1.55 is generally available. This is a very solid bet and I've had a fair wager on this one. Will be published by tipsters with excellent yield and hitrate soon.

Thanks for the heads-up, Snyena. I think I know the people you mean - I've taken the 1.57. :74_74:

ADO Den Haag v RBC Roosendaal 3-0

I hope someone punished BaW for their mistake (although they slashed the odds to 1.7 later in the week).
